Can I return the products?
Returns are accepted following these terms:
- Buyer can return the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery informing the Seller by e-mail
- Special return form must be filled and sent together with the parcel. The form must contain order number and other contact information what was indicated during the checkout
- Returned items must be in original condition, unused and undamaged
- Items must contain all the parts of the original set/package
- Items must be in original shape and dimensions – no customization
IMPORTANT EXCLUSIONS:
- Returns are not accepted for customized and personalized items
- Shipping/return expenses and fees are covered by the buyer. This part is not refundable
REFUND
- Refund is done within 14 days after the package is returned
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are note accepted. In such case, you should place a new order
Money for returned items is transferred only to the payer’s bank account.
