- Shipping takes 10-25 working days (depends on your shipping address location)
- United States: 2-4 weeks
- North America: 2-4 weeks
- Europe: 1-2 weeks
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-4 weeks
- Items are sent as priority registered airmail.

- Shipping takes 2-5 working days (depends on your shipping address location)

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

- SALE ITEMS – Sale items cannot be refunded.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We don’t refund custom or personalised orders: special lengths, custom sizes and colours.
If the colour you choose is not in option our drop-box it could not be refunded, returned or exchanged.
